Welcome. Start Here
I suspect you’re not here because you’re new to this work—the work of bringing your values, your inner life, and your outer action into alignment. You’ve likely been doing that for some time. You’re here because, even with all of that, something still feels too thin, or too heavy, or just not quite right. You can feel it. A sense that it’s time to move out of this phase and into one with more abundance, more ease, and more space. Space to breathe. To think. To rest. To simply be. If that’s true for you, welcome. This is not a place to begin your journey. It’s an invitation to deepen.
This space is called Live Undivided. It’s both a living body of work and a practice. It came from a realization I couldn’t unsee in my own life: I had learned how to be effective, successful, and even impactful while still living divided within myself. I was living my purpose, but I didn’t feel the aliveness that should come with it. I was losing my own life energy, living divided between what I knew and how I lived, what I felt and what I allowed, and what I believed and what I practiced.
This work is shaped by both my lived experience and my professional life. I’m trained as a researcher and evaluator, and I’ve spent years working alongside changemakers, leaders, and communities trying to create meaningful impact in the world. I understand systems, strategy, and what it takes to move ideas into action. But this work didn’t come from theory. It came from living the tension between what I knew and how I was actually living.
When I looked around, I began to see how common this is. Purpose-driven people. People who care deeply. People doing meaningful work in the world, often over-giving, often stretched, often disconnected from themselves in quiet but consequential ways. Live Undivided sits at that intersection, where inner work meets real life, where insight becomes practice, and where wholeness becomes something we actively build. It is about coming back into alignment with yourself and learning how to live and work from that place. It is about noticing where you’ve adapted, performed, or disconnected in order to survive or succeed, understanding the roots of those patterns, and gently, steadily, finding your way back to yourself.
Everything here lives inside four interconnected ideas.
Live Undivided is the architecture of the living system. Here you’ll find the frameworks, language, and guiding principles that shape this work, including AELA (Align, Embody, Learn, Adapt), the Togetherness Practice, and the deeper structure of living in alignment. If you want to understand the why and how behind the work, this is your place.
Wholeness is where the work begins. These are the more personal pieces, where I write about grief, identity, exhaustion, healing, and the quiet ways we lose and find ourselves. We use AELA to help us return to ourselves. If you’re wondering where you might be living divided, start here.
Belonging is the work in relationship. Belonging isn’t just a feeling; it’s something we build, protect, and practice together. These pieces come from my lived experience in community, including mutual aid work, and explore what it means to show up for one another in real, imperfect, necessary ways. We use the Togetherness Practice to shape inner capacities, external conditions, and the relational field.
Liberation is the work in the world. Here we explore purpose, changemaking, and what it means to move beyond roles and expectations into something more honest and more free. And by free, I don’t mean MAGA-free. I mean free to be ourselves, fully and unapologetically, in the collective pursuit of liberation for all beings.
If you’re new and want a place to begin, I’d suggest starting with Wholeness: You Were Never Meant to Live Divided, Live Undivided: The Architecture of a Whole Life, and Live Undivided: The Missing Piece Is Guiding Principles. These pieces will give you a feel for both the heart and the structure of this work.
All of my writing is free and accessible. For those who want to go further, I share Field Guides and practices with subscribers, resources designed to help you not just understand this work, but live it. Live Undivided isn’t about becoming someone new, a 30-day practice, or a magical answer. It’s about becoming more fully who you already are and learning how to live from that place.
I’m glad you’re here. With love and gratitude, Nora
